Splash is a beach front restaurant and bar located directly on Rockley Beach, opposite the hotel and is within easy walking distance.

We have partnered with the restaurant to enable our guests to dine at Splash and charge the meal to your room account.

Guests may also charge any beverages bought at their bar whilst at the beach to their room account.

Enjoy a day at the beach on our signature blue beach chairs available for the exclusive use of South Beach Guests.

Splash is open for Lunch and Dinner and offers a wide menu at excellent prices.

Tortellini Verdi
Stuffed parcels of pasta with sautéed spinach and pesto cream sauce

Angel of the Sea
A blend of mixed seafood in a lemon cream sauce served with angel hair pasta

US Prime Striploin Steak
8oz steak cooked to your liking, served with your choice of pepper sauce or grilled mushroom, tomato, and onion rings.

Love Me Tender,
6oz Tenderloin of beef served with a red wine sauce and caramelized onions.

Dorado Homard,
Grilled Dorado accompanied by a lobster based biusqu sauce and finished with a lime cream.
